S-NET is committed to keeping you informed about any issues with the potential to affect your services.

Some S-NET customers were experiencing (intermittent) issues with inbound/outbound calling and SMS. Issues with inbound calls and SMS were resolved by the carrier within five minutes. Outbound calls have been rerouted to a different carrier to maintain service availability.
